If you forgot your password, you can easily recover it. Just follow the simple steps below to receive a new password.
- Go to the login page at https://portal.start.io/
2. Click on "Forgot your Password?" It will take you to the Forgot Password page pictured below.
3. Type in the email address you used to register for your Start.io (Formerly StartApp) account in the Enter Your Email Address text box then click Submit. You will see a confirmation as shown below.
4. Login to your email account that the email was sent to. In the email, there will be a link to reset your password. The link will take you to a page that looks like this:
5. Type in your new password, then type it in again to confirm. Click Save. If your password was changed successfully, you should see this message:
