Our Support team is highly attentive and will reply within 24 hours.

Campaign approval time frames

Campaigns will be reviewed within 24 hours. On weekends, reviewing may take up to 48 hours.

After review, you'll receive a notification email stating whether the campaign was approved or rejected to the email address in your account settings under My Account.  You have the option to add an additional email of your choice.

If you have questions about a rejected campaign, reply to the notification email, and our team will review your campaign and offer additional feedback.
